Seeking Justice for Those Prosecuted Under the Kill Zone Theory
WHO WE ARE
Kill the Kill Zone is a project created by Innocence Rights of Orange County, a non-profit law group that advocates for the release of innocent prisoners. We are led by civil litigation attorney Annee Della Donna, who oversees a team of law students at the UC Irvine School of Law. We seek justice for those wrongly prosecuted under the kill zone theory.
Ms. Della Donna has over 32 years of experience as a successful litigator working with some of the largest and most well-known law firms in the country. She has extensive appellate experience working with retired California Supreme Court Justice Marcus Kaufman and complex personal injury cases with Wylie Aitken. Throughout her career, Ms. Della Donna has tried and settled multi-million dollar actions against high profile defendants.
